Refund and Returns Policy


Products purchased from may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Cash refunds will not be provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Proof of purchase is required. Returned product must be unopened and in like-new condition for credit. Customer assumes responsibility for shipping items back to ZipKord Solutions.

All returns must be pre-authorized by the ZipKord Solutions. Only items that have been purchased directly from ZipKord Solutions, either through the Online Store or by phone can be returned or exchanged.

Visit Contact Us to submit a return claim for authorization. store credit will be issued via email within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.

Warranty Claims

If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement of the same or similar product. Visit our Warranty Page to submit a claim.
