OUR STORY
We started our journey in 2002 with the idea of solving the problem of messy cords that we found ourselves fighting every day. Chance met opportunity and we started to produce ZipKord Retractable Cables.
Although we realized there were a few retractable items on the market, we quickly found that they were low quality and broke quickly. Our mission was to create a top-quality product at a price that consumers would enjoy.
Initially we sold our products through airport stores, and then wireless retail through our distribution partners. We then partnered with an international brand and sold our inventions through mass retail in 5 of the 7 continents as a private label manufacture.
Our mission is to Untangle Your World with innovative solutions. We are constantly looking for new ways to provide advanced options for our customers. We are now in more than 30 countries and over 10,000 retail locations worldwide. Our focus on innovative technologies and our dedication to quality with our lifetime warranty gives us an advantage that has encouraged our growth internationally.
Our factories, located in the Baoan District of Shenzhen, are ISO9001, ISO14000 certified and are UL, ETL, SGS, FCC, CE and ROHS Compliant.
In addition to our focus on quality, we work hard to support the sustainability of planet earth by always improving our manufacturing process to produce our products environmentally friendly, as well as thinking about how our packaging will affect the Earth after being purchased.
