ZipKord branded products covered by this “Limited Lifetime Warranty” are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.. “Lifetime” of the product means the product’s useful life, which is 3 years from date of purchase, or when the product is discontinued by ZipKord, whichever comes first. ZipKord cannot be responsible for Product that has been altered, misused, damaged or otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with the intended use and application, under normal use and service, as outlined in applicable instructions and warnings. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Purchaser and is ZipKord’s sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty.
In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the Product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions and warning accompanying the Product and must not have been subjected to any accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, lack of proper maintenance or improper handling including but not limited to exposure to excessive heat or freezing temperatures. This limited warranty is valid only if the Product is used with the equipment specified on the Product box and in accordance with the usage instructions.
ZipKord shall replace the Product covered by this limited warranty. Replacement shall mean furnishing a new product which is incidental or reasonably equivalent to the warranted Product.. Please retain the dated sales receipt or other proof of purchase. You will need it for any warranty return.
WHAT THE CUSTOMER MUST DO:
To submit a warranty claim, please go to www.zipkord.com/warranty/. Zipkord reserves the right to request the defective products be mailed to the Warranty Department for review. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Any products received by the Warranty Department will not be returned to the customer. ZipKord is responsible for the shipping charges incurred for replacement products to be sent to the customer.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIPKORD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY EXIST BY OPERATION OF LAW, ANY SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
REPLACEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT, AS PROVIDED HEREIN, IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. ZIPKORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, ARISING OUT OF ANY THEORY OF RECOVERY, INCLUDING WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTORY OR TORT. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TERM OF ANY LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ZIPKORD’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
